Error = There has been an error when starting your session

Dear Support

I keep getting the following Error = There has been an error when starting your session

Topic = Configuring Windows 11 Devices

I tried clearing the browser cache, logging out then logging in again, also tried different browsers [chrome & edge] still the same error presists.

Please help to resolve as soon as possible.
